Process
Competitive audit, positioning workshops, mark exploration, and two rounds of refinement.
This is the Process section of the Brand Identity System project.
It exists to show the work behind the work — that the final mark came from thinking, not from taste alone.
On its own page, this artifact renders with the i/n/m layout — an icon badge above the title, then this prose, then a grid of children with 16:9 images and captions. Adding or removing an icon, an image, or children on this artifact (or on its siblings) changes which layout the system picks.
Replace this prose with two or three sentences on how you worked — the phases, the client touchpoints, and what you were trying to resolve at each stage. Then replace the two image sub-items with real process artefacts: a moodboard, a directions board, or a refinement comparison.
This is the Directions process artefact in the Brand Identity System project.
It exists to show the range of thinking before convergence — the visual territories explored, and the reasoning behind which one was taken forward.
On its own page, this artifact renders with the m/0 layout — a full-bleed hero image with the title and this prose layered over it; no children render below. Adding or removing an icon, an image, or children on this artifact (or on its siblings) changes which layout the system picks.
Replace this prose with one paragraph on the three directions and what each was trying to do. Replace the image with your real directions board. Tighten the tagline to one sentence on the strategic territory each direction claimed.
This is the Refinement process artefact in the Brand Identity System project.
It exists to show the work between "direction approved" and "system complete" — the applications, the failures, and the adjustments that made the identity production-ready.
On its own page, this artifact renders with the m/0 layout — a full-bleed hero image with the title and this prose layered over it; no children render below. Adding or removing an icon, an image, or children on this artifact (or on its siblings) changes which layout the system picks.
Replace this prose with one paragraph on what refinement revealed — what broke in application, what surprised you, and what you changed as a result. Replace the image with a real before-and-after or an application test board.
